1. This first part is very important for you as the customer, Shipping is per order,not per item So if you're not sure what this means, read on........  If you are ordering multiple items from this site for delivery to one address, you only need to add shipping to one item.   This should be the highest Shipping option thought applicable  to any one item included within the order. (eg: It is probably better to select the "UK Special delivery" option where the order is destined for UK delivery and contains a high value item). 

For subsequent items added  to the order, you may then select the shipping option "Shipping already added to order." However, please also note that should you fail to add any shipping costs to your order, or the selection is not appropriate to the destination (eg selecting UK rate for an international destination), it will not be processed until the matter is rectified.

2. you are responsible for selecting the shipping method for your order, and we will send your order using the option selected by you.  However, we will not be responsible for the consequences of selecting a method with an insufficient level of compensation.

3. Recorded delivery is an optional service that costs extra and must be chosen when making your order. Orders with Recorded delivery receive a tracking number which may be obtained by you at any time. Should the order go missing then we will attempt to claim compensation on your behalf up to the relevant compensation value. If you require extra insurance, then Special Delivery must be purchased at the time of making your order which can cover orders up to £500.


4. Delivery times vary depending on what time the order reaches us and the next available posting date. We aim to arrange dispatch of all orders within 1 working day, and you should receive the order no later than 5 working days no matter which delivery option you chose. For deliveries outside the UK please add 5-8 working days.

5. If products are returned to us as undeliverable they will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped. Alternatively, we may refund you the cost of the products minus the delivery charge and 15% administration fee.


UK SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

UK Recorded Delivery (Signed For) - £4.12
Recorded delivery which requires a signature on delivery. Compensation up to a value of £36 available for loss or damage.If you require extra insurance, then Special Delivery must be purchased at the time of making your order which can cover orders up to £500.

On all orders, we will collect proof of posting, or if sent via courier, we will be issued with a tracking number which you may ask for at any time. If you do not receive your order, then we will contact our courier to see what compensation is claimable (if any). If you require extra compensation then you must ask us prior to placing an order and pay the extra for this cover.


UK Special Delivery (Next Day/High Value) - £7.49
For high value orders for a guaranteed delivery within 1-2 working days. Orders sent using this option receive special handling and are the only UK service which provides realistic compensation for items such as Jewellery (including watches), precious stones and metals.  Compensation will not be available if these items are sent by First Class mail, Second Class mail, Recorded Signed For or in a Standard Parcel.

UK Courier Service - £10.85
Next day service (depending on time of order) using a courier. Ideal for postal strikes or where Royal Mail is not the best option. We may use the courier service we believe to be the most reliable and effective depending on your order. Because we rely on third parties to deliver your order, we cannot be held responsible for their reliability and accuracy.


OVERSEAS OPTIONS & RATES

Overseas orders can be sent via Airmail, Surface Mail or International Signed For. Please note that Surface Mail can take up to 28 days for an order to reach you.

Euro Delivery - £6.22
Delivery anywhere in Europe. Normally delivered within 2-5 working days

Worldwide Delivery - £7.47
Delivery outside of Europe. Normally delivered within 3-7 working days.

International Signed For - £12.15
Priority service outside of the UK with signature on delivery.
